Shipping
Shipping cost is on us when you spend over $70 (on all domestic orders). Otherwise we offer standard shipping rates for Australia wide including Express Post. We ship worldwide, more information on rates, duties and taxes email us at hello@inkkids.com.au.
Site Used
Orders will be deemed to have been received by INK at the time when payment details have been provided and approved and an automated confirmation has been sent. We’ll send order confirmations to your nominated e-mail address. Please be cautious when placing orders as orders may not be cancelled once they have been received.
Our understanding is that by placing an order, you have provided us with a promise to buy the products you have selected based on our Terms and Conditions. INK is an online business and will primarily communicate with customers via e-mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct contact details are entered and that the nominated e-mail address is regularly checked for correspondence. Each Order (once confirmed) represents a separate agreement.
Delivery Ownership of Goods
We will ensure that all INK goods are delivered as fast as possible. From time to time it’s possible for shipping and other factors outside our control to result in delays. Please don’t hold that against us. No Liability will be accepted for loss or damages suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays; and listed delivery times are an estimate only and subject to change without notice. Where scheduled dispatch of a Product is delayed by more than 2 week, we will notify customers by email at the email address nominated in orders.
Once goods have been dispatched, customers need to liaise with INK’s nominated courier company for delivery, only – checking the tracking number and making themselves available to take delivery during business hours. Information will be provided to customers in relation to delivery from a third part. We will not guarantee the accuracy of such information. If you’re returning goods to us, we take no responsibility for anything lost in transit. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to be processed.
There will be no refund on any sale items.
Pricing
All prices listed on the Site are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Promotional discount codes may be given at the sole discretion of INK, with terms and conditions detailed at the time of the relevant offer.
All prices listed on the site exclude delivery costs, these are shown separately in the Product page. Please note, this may be recalculated depending on the number of Goods you place in an Order.
